Woah a nutrition consultant company are grabbing people on streets hahas. I got caught to do a 'survey',they measured my height and weight etc and goal is to sell me herbal life products,which my sister is using now. Went for girl's hiphop open class, the course yesterday was just chest isolation,did before le lahs hehes. But for open class, very shy eh, idk why but chest isolation is natural to me, but hip isolation feels awkward. ok...i think i know why but i'm so not typing it out here ==
